I don’t want to pay that much on principle. Even a mini netbook is unsuitable for ebook reading due to the short battery life. A low power low cost photoframe would be ideal. This isn't a question, but rather a workaround to a problem I encountered while trying to install Coby's Photo Viewer software on my MacBook Pro running 10.6.2. Hopefully, someone in a similar situation will see this and it will save them an hour or two of work.
